Introduction

The Faculty Development Center (FDC) at Central Sanskrit University, Jaipur Campus, has been established to enhance the academic and professional growth of teachers. The center conducts programs under the schemes of the University Grants Commission and the Ministry of Education, Government of India, focusing on skill enhancement, research capacity building, and training based on the New Education Policy.

Objectives

To train teachers in new educational perspectives and teaching skills.
To promote research, innovation, and academic excellence.
To develop an education system based on Indian culture, traditions, and moral values.
To encourage the use of ICT and modern technology in education.
